简要规则描述：为确保市政消火栓的完好使用，以满足灭火救援实战需要，切实保护公民人身安全和公共财产安全，根据《上海市消火栓管理办法》、《市政消防给水设施维护管理》（GB/T36122-2018）等有关规定，落实市政消火栓养护职责。根据上海市消防救援总队、上海市水务局、上海市住房和城乡建设管理委员会联合发布的《关于进一步规范市政消火栓维护保养工作的通知》（沪消﹝2021﹞199号），对浦东新区市政消火栓养护川沙地区范围内，经新区消防部门备案的区级道路市政消火栓进行日常养护。具体包括对市政消火栓实施外部清洁、内部保养、油漆、制码贴码等工作。参加本项目的供应商，最多可对3个包件进行响应，每个供应商最多可成交1个包件。（具体详见第三部分—采购需求）
Brief Specification Description:In order to ensure the intact use of municipal fire hydrants, to meet the needs of fire fighting and rescue, and to effectively protect the personal safety of citizens and the safety of public property, in accordance with the Shanghai Fire Hydrant Management Measures, Municipal Fire Water Supply Facilities Maintenance and Management (GB/T36122-2018) and other relevant regulations, the implementation of municipal fire hydrant maintenance duties. According to the Notice on Further Standardizing the Maintenance of Municipal Fire Hydrants (Hu Xiao (2021) No. 199) jointly issued by the Shanghai Fire and Rescue Corps, the Shanghai Municipal Water Affairs Bureau, and the Shanghai Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Management Commission, the municipal fire hydrants of district-level roads filed by the fire department of the new district are maintained daily within the Chuansha area of the municipal fire hydrant maintenance in Pudong New Area.(For details, please refer to Part 3)
